(Together Mall) Order Terms and Conditions

A. Order confirmation and modification

1. Order Confirmation

  • The orders are subject to final confirmation by Together Mall. Together Mall reserves the right to reject orders without reason (if the order is rejected, the customer will receive a full refund).
  • Customers must accurately provide the following information:
    • Complete information of the recipient (including contact information)
    • Accurate delivery address
    • Specify the delivery time (e.g. morning/afternoon/office hours, etc.)

2. Modification period

  • General changes (such as address or card content)
    • The application must be submitted before 12:00 noon on the day before the delivery date at the latest. Together Mall will try its best to cooperate, but it cannot guaranteed to be completed.
    • Please note that manual changes may lead to unforeseen risks. Customers must clearly understand and agree to bear the errors, risks and related losses caused by the changes.

  • Order modification for the day:
    • Acceptance is not guaranteed.

B. Delivery Specifications (Plants and Flowers)

Distribution between China and Hong Kong (domestic suppliers)
  • Self-pickup (free): Pickup location: 4F, Mai Wo Industrial Building, Kwai Chung (weekdays: 9AM-6PM; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 1PM-6PM)
  • Hong Kong shipping (additional charge required): Please refer to the "Shipping Fee" for details
  • Hong Kong delivery (self-paid): You can choose "SF Express Cash on Delivery" or "GOGOVAN Cash on Delivery"
Hong Kong Shipping (Hong Kong suppliers)
  • Self-pickup (free): Pickup location: the designated delivery address in the product
  • Hong Kong shipping (additional charge required): Please refer to the "Shipping Fee" for details
  • Hong Kong delivery (self-paid): You can choose "SF Express Cash on Delivery" or "GOGOVAN Cash on Delivery"
Shipping failure handling If the delivery fails, customer needs to pay the secondary delivery fee.
Classification and Shipping *Wine and flowers must be checked out and delivery Separately.

C. Return and Exchange Policy

1. Non-refundable situations

  • Customer personal factors (such as change of mind, wrong address)
  • Flowers wither naturally or with reasonable color difference
  • In case of force majeure delays (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), no refund will be given once the customer confirms the order

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Flowers are seriously damaged/missing (photo evidence is required within 24 hours to WhatsApp: +852 6807 1465)

3. Refund Time Limit

  • 7-14 working days to return to the original payment method (minus shipping costs)

D. Product Difference Description and Treatment

1. Natural properties description

  • The size and degree of opening of the bouquet may differ reasonably from the pictures on the website

2. Alternative rules

  • When out of stock, a replacement of equal/higher value will be provided (without prior notice)
  • Full refund if replacement is not possible

E. Price and Payment

• Payment Methods:

  • Hong Kong: Visa / MasterCard / PayMe / FPS / AlipayHK / Apple Pay
  • Mainland China: WeChat / Alipay / UnionPay card and Cloud QuickPass

• Price fluctuations: seasonal adjustments will be made without prior notice, and orders already placed will not be affected

• Due to we are using the Third-party Payment

Refund: QR Code (Alipay, FPS, Payme, UnionPay, WeChat Pay): All fees (including transaction fees) will be refunded in the original way, and no additional handling fees will be charged.
Credit card: A refund fee of $15 will be charged, and the transaction fee will not be refunded.

F. Discount restrictions

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order (except for special events)
  • Reserve the right to modify/terminate the promotion at any time

G. Liability Clauses

  • Customers are responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information.

H. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.)
  • The actual effect of flowers may be slightly adjusted due to the season

1. Privacy Policy

  • The information is only used for order processing (please refer to the privacy policy for details)

2. Modification of Terms

  • The modification will take effect automatically

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Handled in accordance with Hong Kong law

J. Age restriction clause

⚠ Under Hong Kong law, it is not permitted to sell or supply intoxicating liquor to minors in the course of business.
  • Registering as a member is deemed to be:
    • Confirm that you are over 18 year old
    • Agree not to resell alcohol to minors
  • The company reserves the right to verify the purchaser's age proof documents
